The New 2015 Chrysler 300 is Finally Unveiled

For much of the past year a lot of attention has been given to the all-new Chrysler 200 and it's variety of features, but along the way many Chrysler fans began to worry about the future of the popular and iconic Chrysler 300. More than just a larger number on the nameplate, the Chrysler 300 has been an American icon since it first hit the roads in 2005. Now the time has come and the new 2015 Chrysler 300 was officially unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

Featuring a sleeker and more cohesive aesthetic, the 300 is sure to remain an immediately identifiable vehicle. Under the hood the vehicle remains mostly unchanged, offering the 3.6-L V6 and 5.7-L HEMI V8 engines as in the past. The biggest change comes in the form of Chrysler's eight-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission, which will provide a smoother transition through the gears as well as improving acceleration and fuel economy.

Chrysler is well aware of the iconic nature of this American vehicle and have highlighted that in the first ad to be released since the reveal. Take a look below and you'll see that the Chrysler 300 fits right in with the statue of liberty, moon landing, and other purely American moments of history. Have a look for yourself.
